According to the above linked article, there is a new museum opening in Washington DC, dedicated to the English language. It seems to be and interactive museum, similar to the science museums that I am used to. I hope to see it some day. It sounds like it would be interesting.

Most commonly spoken language, per state
The above linked article shows what language, other than English and Spanish, is the most commonly spoken in each state. Some really surprised me. Some made sense. Some require a little figuring out, though.
