Beautiful illustrations go with a beautiful story.
As the mother kangaroo is looking for her joey, it kind of reminded me of myself looking for my keys that are in my hand or for my cell phone while I’m talking on it. A child wouldn’t understand that, but the person reading to the child would.
This is a cute bedtime story that would be enjoyed by the reader and the child.
