For my class this summer, there is a lot of reading. I hate the textbook, so it makes it more difficult.
We were told that no assignment could be retaken without a valid excuse. Family, work, etc are not excuses. Medical excuses with a note will be considered.
The instructor did not mention cats sitting on your textbook as an excuse. Maybe the photo below will help convince her?
Inky climbed over me to sit on my book as I was reading it. I guess I could get 3/4 of the page read, but that would give me a 75% grade at best on the test.
I eventually moved so I could look at the power point on my laptop at the same time as I was reading the text book. Inky came back to help warm up the keyboard on the laptop. I struggled with her a bit until I convinced her to sit next to me, not on me. We’re both much happier that way.
