List making

As I get more and more on my mind, I rely more on making lists. I tend to make long lists on Mondays and roll the less important stuff over to Tuesday. Then Wednesday, etc.

Last week, I texted my list to a friend who is aware that when I have a written list, I’m bordering on overwhelmed. I did it a couple of times a day, to show that my list was being checked off, item by item. He saw that I had “nails” on my list for a few days. He asked if I was doing one nail a day. I thought that was funny.

In reality, it took me five days to get my old nail polish removed because it kept getting moved down the list, as having less importance than the other tasks. The other tasks had deadlines. The nails were just bugging me to look at.
