Avoid Burnout

The above linked article talks about avoiding burnout before you burnout. It’s mostly about work, but really, it’s about self-care. Many people tend to forget that if the caregiver isn’t cared for, they burnout. Take care of yourself before taking care of tangential worries. If you aren’t at 100%, you can’t properly take care of the family, work, etc. Baby steps help.
