20 books… #2 To Kill a Mockingbird

Twenty books most people lie about reading

To Kill a Mockingbird was a book I read when I was going through a hard time.  I almost quit when I got to the trial part, but I put it down for a day and picked it up.  I needed to finish it.  I am glad that I did.  It was a well written book with a good message.  It was worth reading and not lying about reading.

I did try reading Go Set a Watchman, but I found myself too distracted to get into it.  I may attempt to get to it one of these days, but it isn’t high on my list.
