Thanksgiving

I had the wonderful opportunity to have Thanksgiving meals with both families. Unfortunately, my youngest daughter could only be with us for the first one, because of the way the corporations value money over their retail working employees.

We had a nice brunch at stop #1. It was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed to reboot.

Stop #2 involved the extended family. Small children ran the roost. It was noisy and chaotic and just the way it should be with small children.

I am thankful that I got to spend time with my family, but I’m also thankful for my nice warm bed and time to write and read a bit before falling asleep. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
